It is a Historical/Cultural Cue depicting a southwest American Indian Legend "The Great Hunt" in multipanel rustic pyrography. Extensive effort has been given to cultural accuracy and respect for Native American History. Three years in the making from original concept, authentication of the legend through research, seemingly endless design layout, learning of appropriate pyrographic techniques, execution of no mistake burning handwork (one figure at a time over six months) for rustic appearance and final glossy clearcoat. Also, historic Navajo War Chief's blanket colors are even faithfully represented in the joint and buttplate. A "Buckhorn Ivory" ferrule for antiquity has been added, too.
